Acreage Reduction (AR-1) request filed with our office on
June 21, 2004. The mistake resulted from incorrect information being entered into our computer
records when the permit was first approved. The approval of AR-1 should read- "The permit
area was reduced to 7.5 acres, through the release of 2 acres."
Please call me at (303) 866-4922, If you have questions.
Sincerely, , O~~
Larry D.
