This response was deemed inappropriate by AFO in <br />their review received in this office April 24, 1991. The Division will revise <br />its response and will require the operator to submit by May 29, 1991 a minor <br />revision to the Dermit covering the design of the filter system for the refuse <br />area sub drain and can plying with the requirements of Rule 4.09:2(2)(c). <br />Receipt of a complete application for a minor revision by May 29, 1991 will <br />most probably lead to Division approval within ten days and incorporation into <br />the permit within another ten days following expiration of the public comment <br />period. <br />If you have any questions, pl ease call . <br />Sincerely, <br />~~ <br />Steven G.
