Section 2.03.4 -Identification of Interests, pages 2.03-12 through 2.03-15, <br />was last updated in August 2002 with Technical Revision 34. Please verify <br />that the current officers, directors and resident agent are current and correct. <br />Please update page 2.03-17 to reflect that the Newlin Creek Mine (C-1981- <br />045) is no longer a permitted coal operation, as the permit was terminated <br />(final bond released} on 14 August 2001. <br />4. Pages 2.03-18 through 2.03-24c were last updated with Permit Renewal 03 in <br />Apri12001.
