Please respond <br />to each question or concern as appropriate. <br />1. Please provide the watershed map for the SEDCAD+ run provided <br />for Pond E re-construction. This map should include current <br />topographic contours, all drainage control structures which <br />are involved clearly labeled (culverts, ditches, etc.), and <br />have the routing network clearly depicted. This should <br />include all ditches, culverts, and sediment control features <br />associated with Ponds D and E. No review of this portion of <br />the revision will be conducted until this map is provided. <br />2. Pages 2.05-22 and 2.05-35 were included but not on the page <br />list. Is this correct? <br />3. Page 2.05-55(b)(1) has eliminated approved language from MR- <br />107. <br />4. On page 2.05-13 in the 3rd paragraph it should identify Map <br />30A not Map 20A. <br />5. An access road is proposed to be constructed. It is not clear <br />on Map 24 where this road is located nor was information <br />required to demonstrate compliance with Rule 4.03.2 provided. <br />6. The inset on Map 24 is not up-to-date. Please update this <br />inset to reflect current conditions approved by all revisions <br />up to and including TR-18. <br />7. A sentence was left out on page 2.05-13(b)(lb) about design <br />and certification. <br />
