On page 4, the failure <br />to confine the affected area on the permit to 3 acres or less is a possible <br />violation instead of a possible problem. You will need to appear before the <br />Board to address this possible violation. In addition, under General Mine <br />Topics, on page 1, the PB designation should be changed to PV for possible <br />violation.
