We have reviewed this document and concur with the report's <br />findings that the Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Company has <br />complied with and met all reclamation obligations under this <br />permit's requirements. <br />The proposed Phase I bond release for this area will not conflict <br />with federal lease terms and, therefore, BLM has no objection to <br />the Phase I bond release for these areas. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Robert Ernst at (970) <br />826-5079. <br />Sincerely, <br />John E.
