Long <br />Diviann Uneunr <br />As a result of the Division's Bond Release Inspection conducted October 14, 1997, and the <br />follow-up inspection conducted November 18, 1997 the Division orders the following corrective <br />action to be completed prior to the Division proposing a decision on the final bond release of the <br />Eastern Bond Release Block. (Rule 3.03.2(5)(a)). Please bring the un-named livestock pond <br />located at the head (northern extent) of PG 6-2 into agreement with Rules 4.05.9(1), (6), and <br />(10). Please submit a copy of the certification to the Division upon completion. <br />The projected decision date for the bond release application is December l3, 1997.
