An Assessment Conference was held at the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology office in Denver on December 9, <br />1998. In attendance at the conference, in addition to you and me, <br />was Mr. Jeff Croll of Landmark Reclamation and Mr. Kent Gorham <br />representing the Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement <br />Agreement within ten (10) days as instructed on the form. If you <br />disagree with the Settlement Agreement, do not sign it.
