I have attached a complete copy of BRL's responses to this memo. As a reference, I <br />have also attached a copy of your memo [o me concerning your review. Mike, your question is <br />question number 3 in the cover letter. Byron, your questions are numbered I and 2. Jim, BRL is <br />adding a request for another de-gas hole to this response package in comment number 20, so the <br />bond will change. <br />[ will be going on vacation from September 20, 2001 through October 2, 2001. The decision for <br />PR-OS is due September 26, 2001, but I will have the operator extend the due date into October. <br />If I could get your responses by October 4, I would appreciate it. <br />If you have any questions, please let me know.
