iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on July 15, 1994, a minor revision application to <br />a permit to conduct coal mining operations at the West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-80-007 (MR-128), <br />by Mountain Coal Company, P.O. Box 591 ,Somerset Colorado 81434, was deemed complete for <br />the purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses responses to the Division's Midterm Review. <br />All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder <br />initiate from this day of filing. <br />Posted 7/15/94 <br />
