The bond <br />release application was found complete by this Division on June 13, 2000. This application requests a <br />full Phase II bond release and a partial Phase III bond release. The Phase II portion pertains to 2,388.5 <br />acres within the 2,733.9 acre permit azea, and requests a release of $4,114,977. The Phase III portion <br />pertains to 228.2 acres within Area 41, and requests a release of $45,640. The surface ownership is <br />Federal and private, and the coal mined was Federal and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
