On August 16, 2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted
to [he Division on July 20, 2001, addressing the following:
Extend the North Cresson Mine area to the West, add bulk emulsion mining plant, eliminate vihrating
wire prezometer from phase !and !! Padorla. Revise hydrology artd surface water management.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 39 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No.
M-1980-244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remain in full force and effect.
The estimated liability for the Technical Revision is of $37,691.00. The $37,691 will be deducted from the
$525,786 extra warranty in place, that was provided by CC & V for incidental increases such as this Technical
Revision. This will leave CC & V with $488,095 for future incidental increases.
