These actions included repair of the erosion on the inslope of <br />Pond 1 by backfilling and compacting the eroded area with material from the pond bottom, grading the <br />material to a 3V:1H slope, and placing erosion fabric and rip rap over the stabilized area to prevent future <br />erosion. Small areas of disturbance have also been reseeded. The Slurco contractor began work on this project <br />on September ] 1 and completed work on September 19. <br />Should you have questions or need additional information concerning the abatement of this NOV, please do <br />not hesitate to let me know. <br />Sincerely, <br />~ ~~ <br />Jerry H.
