Banta. <br />Division Direoior <br />The Division has reviewed the Walden Coal Company Mid-Term Review response and <br />requests the following: <br />1. The Division respectfully requests that when a well level reading <br />is recorded, but level is too low to sample, it be noted as such. <br />2. The request to conform to Rule 2.03.4 was initiated by a change in <br />this rule which became effective July 1, 1991. The submittal <br />included as Appendix C of the midterm review was not submitted on <br />the appropriate form, it did not include three copies, and it did , <br />not conform to Rule 2.03.4.
