The information <br />2, 3, and 6 of your adequiacy letter <br />The response information provides drainage and sediment control plans <br />for Raton Creek's Santa Fe No. 1 and No. 2 loadout and Burlington Northern <br />loadout lease areas. Energy Fuels has decided to remove the sumps in the <br />areas mentioned above and replace them with sediment fences. The sediment <br />fences are designed to safely pass the runoff form a 10-year, 24~hour storm <br />event. The three loadout areas will become Small Area Exemptions <br />appropriate to their reclaimed status. <br />This response package includes the following: <br />-SEDCAD hydrology output tables for each above referennced area <br />-Map Exhibit: Santa Fe and Burlington Northern Loadou~t Areas <br />Additional response material, including revised permit pages and SAE <br />Hydrologic Documentation, is being prepared and will be submiitted under <br />separate cover. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions or require clarification <br />of the material herein. <br />Sincerely, <br />Allen S.
