Box 1103 <br />Wellington, CO 80549 <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application Package, <br />Masonville Stone, Permit No. M-1986-007, AM - 2 <br />Dear Mr. Southwick: <br />On November 20, 2000, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Amendment application for the Masonville Stone, which is located N Lorimer County. <br />All commern and review periods began on November 20, 2000. The decision date for your application is <br />scheduled for December 20, 2000. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of <br />the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, <br />and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is <br />required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as <br />Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the <br />decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also <br />be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the Lorimer County Clerk and <br />Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether rt is adequate to meet the requirements of <br />the Act.
