These revisions have been found to conform to <br />the Mineral Leasing Act of February 20, 1920, as amended, for <br />development, production, maximum economic recovery, and <br />applicable regulations of 43 CFR 3480. The federal recoverable <br />coal reserves figure will be adjusted for lease C-54608. <br />The federal leases in permit C-82-056 have been analyzed as <br />suitable under section 522(b) of the Surface Mining Control <br />Reclamation Act. <br />We recommend approval of TR 99-32, TR 99-33, MR 99-164, and MR <br />99-165. <br />If you have any additional questions, please contact Jerry <br />Strahan at (970) 826-5099. <br />i '~C~ l ~L~~ VT/~ <br />El.
