TR-44 provides for the construction of a petroleum storage <br />and equipment washbay facility located near the Elk Creek mine portals. <br />The attached permit pages 2.05-23a and 2.05-24 and Drawing Nos. 2.05-M1 sheets 1 of 5 and 2 <br />of 5 have been modified to facilitate the change. <br />We have also included four facility drawings for the Division's information to assist in the <br />calculation of a reclamation cost estimate. <br />Attached, please find a proposed public notice which will be published in the Delta County <br />Independent upon notiScation by the Division that this application is complete. <br />Please contact me at 970-929-5806 if I can provide any additional information or if you have any <br />questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~ ul~ <br />J es A.
