We would like to schedule the site inspection for this release as soon as
possible to avoid the winter weather conditions.
Included in the report are the SEDCAD run for pre- and post-mine conditions. These computer
simulations demonstrate that the sediment load from the current land conditions are lower than the
pre-mine conditions. Other evaluations for vegetation, topsoil replacement, and AVF functions
were also positive. Also included is the proof of publication for public notice.
Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
b`~ `X ~
Jerry H.
