lIf this action pertains to a federal mine (coal or surface ownership) the
permittee must submit documentation that the application, including any
modifications resulting from the review, was sent to the agencies listed on
the Federal Agency Mailing List. For non-Federal mines 1 copy of the revision
must be sent certified mail to OSM at Suite 1200, 505 Marquette Avenue NW,
Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102. The project may not proceed until all copies
have been sent.
