The entire area surrounding <br />this pit was previously disturbed and never reclaimed. <br />It is Moffat County's policy to reclaim adjoining and <br />prior disturbed areas on BLM to their guidance and <br />satisfaction; <br />Observation_#3: This is a false allegation! In 1989 <br />There existed a neiwo;•k cf access ids ...rC',:nd'.^.g this <br />pit. The road to the northeast, east andysoutheast is shown <br />on the enclosed 1973 aerial photograph. Moffat County <br />did not reestablish this road. We bladed off the weeds <br />for fire control and used it as it existed prior to <br />this permit.
