Box 268 <br />Waltonville, IL 62894 <br />RE: Extension of Review Period, Incas Mine Amendment No. AM-002 <br />Permit No. M-86-076 <br />Dear Mr. Hill: <br />The Division has received your correspondence dated January 31, <br />1995 containing a partial response to the Division's January 17, <br />1995 follow-up adequacy review comments for the above referenced <br />operation. Based on the changes made to the proposed mining and <br />reclamation plan as shown on the revised maps provided with the <br />response, the Division will need to extend the review period for 30 <br />days to March 17, 1995 in order to provide sufficient additional <br />time to review the changes. Please refer to Rule 1.8.2 of the <br />current Minerals Rules regarding changes to a 110(2) permit <br />application or amendment. <br />Please contact me at the Durango Field Office, telephone no.
