s <br />Public Notice <br />III Iilillllllllllll <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology hereby issues notice that on June 30, 1995, a minor revision application to a permit to <br />conduct coal mining operations at the Munger Canyon Mine, Permit No. C-81-020 (MR-131, by <br />Grand Valley Coal Company, P.O. Box 70, Loma, CO 81524, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses modification of SAE No. 3.
