Long, <br />Division Director <br />Re: Fillmor2 Pit, Revision Approval, Permit No. M-90-144, Revision No. AM-001 <br />Dear Mr. Ungefug: <br />On August 10, 1992 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board conditionally <br />approved the amendment application submitted to the Division on <br />March 27, 1992, addressing the incorporation of Permit M-39-096 into Permit <br />M-90-144 and expansion of 52.1 permitted acres. The terms of the AM No. 001 <br />approved by the Board are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-90-144. <br />The conditions of the Board approval are noted below. Please note that all <br />other provisions of Permit No. M-90-144 remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No. Ol <br />THERE ARE 24 DISTURBED ACRES AT THE FiLLMORE PIT.
