C.O.C. for illegal operation by ZMk: Mine <br />Construction, Inc. We are advised of the proposed MLRP hearing <br />date of February. 26 and 27. Since we will not be sending a <br />C. C. O.C. steering committee member- to represent us, please accept <br />the following written statement in lieu of verbal evidence at the <br />hearing: <br />Our• property line is appro;<imately 475 feet from the pr-oper•ty <br />line of ZMY; Mine Construction, Inc. We can see the entrance to <br />ZMY.''s property from our pr-oper^ty. Last July and August, we <br />observed ZMY,'s dump truck ma4;in9 numerous trips in and out of <br />their^ property, empty going in, and full going out. As stated in <br />the formal complaint, we have evidence of at least one location <br />(Jefferson Residence) that received gravel.
