Colorado 80477 <br />In (a) Notice of Violation No. C-84-112 (b) Cessation Order <br />No. the deadline for abatement of the practice, condition or <br />violationT described below was fixed at July 7 1984 . <br />It is hereby found tnat the operator has failed to abate such practice, <br />condition or violation, or cannot complete abatement within the time allowed, <br />but that such failure is not due to lack of diligence on the part of the <br />operator. The time for abatement is, therefore, extended to August 1 , <br />1984 #or steps 1-3, and August 30, 1984 for step 4. <br />The conditions, practices or violations as to which this extension <br />applies are as follows: <br />1. Construct a diversion ditch to carry runoff from the south side of the overburden <br />stockpile directly to sediment pond A. <br />2. Replace rubble material at the toe of the south side of the pile on the overburden <br />pile.
