CORPORATION
IN THE MATTER OF CASTLE CONCRETE COMPANY, SNYDER QUARRY, EL PASO
COUNTY,

Mansfield Development Corporation ("Mansfield"), by and
through its attorneys Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Pascoe, P.C., a
party in this matter, hereby supplements its previous list of
witnesses and exhibits filed on June 14, 1989, as follows:
1. At the time of the hearing, Mansfield may call in
support of its case the following witnesses:
(a) John W. Himmelreich, Jr., professional
geologist with Geotechnical Consultants, Inc., 7730 North Union,
Colorado Springs, Colorado 80920, who will give his expert
opinion on the impact of the proposed amendment applicati~~n on
Cave of the Winds.
(b) Mansfield reserves the right to call a:~y and
all witnesses listed and/or called by any other party to this
proceeding.
2. At the time of the hearing, Mansfield may introduce
into evidence in support of its case, any of the followin~3
exhibits, copies of which are attached hereto:
(a) Report dated August 7, 1989 of John W.
Himmelreich, Jr., professional geologist with Geotechnica:L
Consultants, Inc. entitled "Review of Snyder Quarry Amendment
Application."
(b) Mansfield reserves the right to introduce in
support of its position any and all exhibits listed or of1`ered by
any other party.
