These
revisions became necessary upon discovery of an error in the required increase in surety
for the reclamation cost estimate of TR 53. The error was carried through on subsequent
revision decision documents through TR 55. Note that the revised surety requirement is
for $7,250,806.84 at the time of TR 55 approval. These adjustments had been made in
records at the Division at the time MR 212 was approved, so the decision documents for
MR 212 and subsequent revisions identifies correct reclamation liability requirements.
A copy of this correction is being provided to the Office of Surface Mining.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Yours truly,
~j' ~ ~~
Byro tt~G.
