MANAGEMENT <br />The DMG's letter dated August 19, 1999 indicates the DMG has concerns about the stability of the <br />CRDA #1 & #2 refuse piles since the reject from the imported coal could have different strength <br />properties wmpared to the reject from coal mined from the North and South Portals. The Operator <br />commits to analyze the stability of the piles within 60-days after the active bench elevations exceed <br />the current elevations by more than five feet.
