Box 63
Masonville, CO 80541
Re: Rocky Road Quarry
Permit No. M-85-210
Dear Mr. Bachli:
In reviewing our files, I discovered that our Division had in a oast made
some small record-keeping errors in assigning numbers to your s ccessive
permit amendments.
When your first amendment was approved, it was given a Division Number of
Amendment Number 2 (AM-02). This should have been Amendment Nu er 1
(AM-O1 ). Each successive amendment, as a result of this initia error, was
also given incorrect numbers.
I, therefore, have corrected our numbering system and your amen ments as
follows:
Newly Created Year Previously Incorrect Amendme t
Amendment Submitted Amendment No. DescriDt on
AM-O1 1986 AM-02 Expanded from
2.0 ac. to 7.5 ac.
AM-02 1987 AM-03 7.5 ac, to 8.5 ac.
AM-03 1988 AM-04 8.5 ac. to 7.99 ac.
AM-04 1990 -- 7.99 ac. to 9.36 ac.
I hope this clarifies any mistakes with your files. Please don
call if I may answer any questions.
Sincerely,
Daniel I. Hernandez
Reclamation Specialist
~t hesitate to
DIH/mld
4940E
