Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado <br />Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 er seq., have been submitted; thus your <br />technical revision application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on May 8, <br />1995. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential information, must be filed for <br />public inspection with the Delta County Planner or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes <br />or additions must also be made in this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been found to be <br />satisfactory. You should commence publication of this advertisement as specified in Rule <br />2.07.312) of the Regulations, with the exception that the publication need only be run once. <br />Proof of the publication of the advertisement must be filed with the Division as soon as available <br />after the publication date. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to determine whether the items <br />you have submitted are adequate in terms of meeting the requirements for purposes of adequacy. <br />You will be notified as to the Division's findings of adequacy or inadequacy of your revision <br />application.
