After review of the <br />request package and the proposed public notice, the Division finds the public notice <br />acceptable in accordance with Rule 3.03.2(1)(b) and recommends Walden Coal Company <br />commence publication of the notice. The Division is unahle to deem the application <br />complete until proof of publication of the public notice is received by our office. All other <br />information submitted with the request is in compliance with Rule 3.03.2(1). <br />Please allow me to introduce myself as the lead Environmental Protection Specialist for the <br />Bourg Mine. This change of assigned specialists was effective on November 1, 1995, after <br />which time I will be your contact for permitting issues involving the Bourg Mine.
