The purpose of the inspection will be to evaluate reclamation at the site. As a coal <br />owner in the W%: Section 18, TSN, R85W, of the 6th P.M., Rule 3.03.2 (2) of the Rules and Regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board requires you be notified prior to the inspection, so that <br />you may attend the inspection. <br />Please contact me at (303) 866-4944 should a representative of Rocky Mountain Fuel Co. choose to attend <br />the inspection. Please call if you have any questions or need additional information.
