This status could change in the middle of <br />August when the Legislature reconvenes if action is completed to authorize <br />expenditure of funds for the Mined Land Reclamation Minerals Program. <br />Please be advised that the statute and regulations governing mined land <br />reclamation of all mining are still in place and applicable.
