Following
are Bear's responses to the Division's concerns:
1. The Division requests that the water monitoring location map
be incorporated into the permit and suggests that blank pages
2.04-30t or u be utilized. Those two pages were used to
incorporate the alluvial well completion diagrams into the
permit by this technical revision. However, by renumbering
some pages, the map can be incorporated into the permit as
Figure 11, Page 2.04-30a. Page 2.04-30 was renumbered 2.04-
29c. Page 2.04-30a was renumbered 2.04-30.
The discussion on page 2.04-30b was expanded to provide more
information on the Somerset USGS water monitoring station.
The following revised and new pages are included with this
transmittal: x, 2.04-29c, 2.04-30, 2.04-30a (Figure 11) and 2.04-
30b. Pages 2.04-30t and 2.04-30u were submitted with the original
revision application but they were not revised for this
transmittal.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
' Jim Sto~ E.
Consulting Engineer
cc: Basil Bear
