Long Division Director The Division of Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 33, Article 34, Section 118, Paragraph 3 ofthe Colorado Revised Statutes, that on February 6, 1996, an application to revise coal mining operations at the Seneca II Mine was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. The revision addresses changes to the topsoil balance plan. The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 20 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Township 5 North.
