The application was submitted by C.B. Minerals Company, <br />LLC on February 3, 2006, for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing <br />before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication of this notice by the Division in <br />the Glenwood Springs Post Independent. <br />The underground mine is located approximately 7 miles west of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, The permit azea is <br />further described as follows: <br />T6S, R91 W; Portions of Sections 1 and 12 <br />T6S, R90W; Portions of Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, I S and 16 <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review in the Division offices at the above address and at <br />the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder.
