This facility will be constructed in the location <br />of the existing sediment pond, MB-2. Therefore, backfilling of <br />this pond is required to construct this facility. MCC has <br />submitted a subsurface investigation, completed by BBC&M <br />Engineering, Inc., of this site. I would appreciate your <br />assistance in reviewing this report for technical adequacy.
