All <br />Act and Regulation promulgated <br />applications to revise your permit <br />coal mining in Colorado. Our initial review <br />items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />34-33-101 et seq., have been submitted; thus <br />been deems complete for the purposes of <br />review and comment periods as provided in the <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br />Based on our review, the Division has filed the applications as follows: <br />MR 10 - Change in seed mix <br />TR 06 - Modify drainage plan <br />TR 07 - Modify pond 006 <br />TR 08 - Topsoil borrow areas <br />TR 09 - Road de signation <br />TR 10 - Sewage treatment facility <br />A copy of the revision applications, less any confidential information, must <br />be filed for public inspection with the Las Animas County Planner's Office. <br />Any subsequent changes or additions must also be made in this copy. <br />Wyoming Fuel Company should commence publication of advertisements for the <br />five technical revisions as specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations. <br />Proof of the publication of the advertisements must be filed with the Division <br />as soon as available after the publication date. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision applications to <br />determine whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of <br />meeting the requirements for purposes of adequacy. You will be notified as to <br />the Division's findings of adequacy or inadequacy of your revision <br />application. The Division will render a proposed decision on the technical <br />revisions on or before November 19, 1986.
