Prior to this office recommending approval of this project, a SEO approved replacement <br />plan (plan of substitute supply) or a decreed plan for augmentation will be require+J. Prior to <br />approving a gravel well permit, the applicant will need to obtain a waiver of objecti~~n from the <br />adjacent well owners within 600 feet or request a hearing before the State Engineer. <br />Please contact this office if you have any questions or comments. <br />
