'- <br />Dear Mr. Kenney, <br />This Division has received your written objection to the above-named amendment <br />application. The objection letter was received on Mazch 2, 2007 at the Division's Denver <br />office. The public comment period fora 112c amendment application closes at 5:00 p.m. <br />on the 20t1i day after the last of four newspaper publications. The public comment period <br />for this application closed on Mazch 1, 2007, which is additionally stated in the <br />publication itself. Timely objectors can become "parties" to the application process. The <br />receipt of your letter was after the close of the public comment period, and you are <br />therefore not a party. <br />We are sorry that you cannot be a party to this matter, but we will take any of your <br />concerns that are within our jurisdiction under consideration during review of the <br />application. This office will forward your letter to the operator as well. <br />Thank you for your interest in this matter.
