That falls on President's Day which I think is a
holiday. Also, tha February meeting should be on February
27 and 28, according to your staff. Because the law
requires action be taken within 90 days oP filing and the
filing date is November 19, 1990 then it appears the Board
must consider the application at the January meeting. It is
important the application be considered at the January
meeting as this pit is a major source of road material for
the E1 Paso County 'Praneportation Department. If action is
delayed until Febru.sry there could be problems with
acquiring sanding material during the middle of the winter.
Although the application must certainly be reviewed
properly, I request on behalf of Vida Solberg and the E1
Paso County Transportation Department that, if at all
possible, the application be planned for consideration at
the January meeting so the statutory time lines are not
missed and the supply of material ie not interrupted.
Thank you for your 'kind consideration.
Respectfully,
~~~~~ a
Mark A. Heifner ~/
cc: Howard %unstle, Attorney for Vida Solberg
