Cattany <br />Division DirecYar <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1980-007 for <br />the West Elk Mine on April 2, 2007, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue under <br />the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The permit was issued to <br />Mountain Coal Company, LLC, P.O.
