MacDonald: <br />Coors Energy Company sent a request via electronic mail (e-mail), on October 2, 2006, followed by a hard copy of <br />the letter, for an extension of the decision date for Coors Energy Company's Permit Renewal No. 5, for the <br />Keenesburg Mine. Coors Energy Company requests that the proposed decision date for RNS be extended until <br />October 30, 2006.
