Stevens, Senior Environnleotal Protection Specialist ~GS <br />RE: Hard Rock Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc., Main Pit, Permit No. M-77-197 <br />Please be advised that on June 25, 1999, Hard Rock Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc., whose address and telephone <br />number are 839 MacKenzie, Canon Ciry, CO 81212; (719) 275555, fled an applicarion to convert <br />M-77-197, Main Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Cottstnudon Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction <br />Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 7, Township 49N, <br />Range 9E, 10th Prime Meridian, in Chaffee County. The application decision is scheduled for September 23, <br />1999. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Chaffee County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
