The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be $14,700.00. Please submit a <br />financial warranty in the amount of $14,700.00 and a Performance Warranty within the nett 60 days. <br />The transfer of Permit No. M-2000-072 will NOT be final until the bond and performance warranty are <br />approved by the Division. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me or Barbara D.
