Pendleton MINERALS & Technical and Scientific Coordinator Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division ("Division") Colorado Department of Natural Resources 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 Denver, Colorado 80203 Re: Status Dear Dr. Pendleton: This letter responds to your July 8, 1992 letter to me in which you requested information concerning the proij'ected schedule for implementation of TR-008 and, in particular, information regarding the status of Battle Mountain Resources' ("BMR") efforts to install the two additrional groundwater monitoring well required by TR-008. As noted above, BMR notified the Division of Water Resources of its intent to install the monitoring wells on July 7, 1992. Thus, under the terms of the Board's Order, BMR should have until August 7, 1992 to perform these activities.
