The application has been <br />found incomplete due to: <br />1) errors in the proposed public notice. <br />la) The public notice submitted provides thirty day to provide written comment or objections to <br />the Technical Revision application. Ten days should be provided [see Rule 2.07.3(3)(c)]. <br />1 b) The notice need only be published once. The last line of the public notice as submitted <br />implies more than one date of publication. <br />2) no applicant's cost estimate. <br />An advance copy of this letter is being provided to you by e-mail.
