Your application has been <br />scheduled for consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on September <br />26, 1986. Before your application can be considered by the Board, you must <br />complete the following notice requirements: <br />o publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof <br />of the notice to us; <br />o mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights <br />of affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of <br />the mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to us; <br />and, <br />o place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the County Clerk and Recorder. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions you make to the applications on file <br />in our office must also be made in this local government copy. <br />I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet <br />the requirements of Act and Regulations. The attached list details items that <br />need clarification before the application will satisfy the applicable <br />requirements.
