The property was mined <br />by the Ready Mixed Concrete Company, permit #M-77-436. <br />We would like to do our own reclamation of the property <br />and develop it into a low-density residential project. We <br />have been working on this project since we purchased the <br />property in Apxil of 1989. The property was approved for <br />final annexation and zoning by the City of Brighton on Monday, <br />June 11, 1990. <br />Enclosed are the following: <br />1. Copies of the P.U.D. <br />2. Copies of the plat. <br />3. Copies of the utility plan. <br />4. Copies of the drainage plan. <br />5. Copies of the grading plan. <br />6. Marketing brochure. <br />7. Copy of an agreement with Urban Drainage. <br />8. Compaction report on the grading that we have <br /> completed to date. <br />9. Copy of Ph ase II land plan. <br />We have met with Terry McKee of the Army Corps of <br />Engineers because we did have to fill a small portion on the <br />southeast corner of the property. We received permission to <br />do so under a nationwide permit. <br />
